Welcome to the Remote Learning section of our website. In each section you will find a selection of activities that you can choose from to enhance your family time, structures and routines.  The aim of these activities is to support you to help your child to adapt to this sudden change through building a fun and engaging routine that will create a further sense of security for them; Paddock pupils thrive on routine. With the uncertainty that we are all currently experiencing it is difficult for any child to process new concepts. When planning activities at home keep this in mind by starting with easily achievable and motivating activities and then slowly add more challenge as familiarity with the routine develops. The key is also not to add too many new things at once, gradually building up demands is the best way to avoid unwanted behaviours. Engagement levels are also greatly supported by everyone involved showing how much enjoyment they are getting from an activity.

More activities will be added to this section and contact from your child’s class teacher will also be available.  The most important thing to us is that you all stay safe so please use these activities in any way that supports the wellbeing of your household.
