Packed Lunch Advice
If your child would like to bring a packed lunch to school, please remember that this should consist of a balanced meal. We therefore recommend that you make sure it contains:
- Some fruit and vegetables/salad
- Protein such as meat, fish or cheese
- A dairy item like a yoghurt
- A healthy drink of fresh water
Please note:
- Fizzy drinks, sweets and chocolate are not allowed.
- Nuts of any kind are not allowed because they can cause an allergic reaction in some children.
